What should I pack?

While the hospital does provide basic toiletries during your stay, you may prefer to bring along your own personal items for added comfort. This includes clothing, toiletries, and your phone charger. We advise against bringing large sums of cash or valuables.

For mummies delivering in 2025, we have specially curated the ‘Empowering Life's Precious Journeys‘ bag, filled with practical items for your baby and you. The bag will be delivered to your room before you head home.

  1. Admission Letter from your doctor

  2. Identification Document:
Identity Card (for Singaporeans & Permanent Residents) / Birth Certificate (for patients below 12 years old) / Passport (for foreigners)

  3. Antenatal receipts issued by the clinic (if applicable):

Used for MediSave claims. Only applicable for Singapore Citizens/Permanent Residents. Pre-delivery expense claims up to S$900.

  4. Letter of Guarantee from your company/insurance company (if applicable):
If your company/insurance company has direct billing arrangements with the hospital, you must provide the hospital with a letter of guarantee/hospitalisation card from your company/insurance company. Your name, Identity Card/Passport number and room type must be stated. A letter of guarantee from your company/insurance company that does not contain credit arrangements with the hospital will not be accepted.
