Dr Mohana Rajakulendran

Dr Mohana Rajakulendran is a consultant paediatrician with a subspecialty interest in paediatric allergy.

In addition to being well-versed in treating general paediatric conditions, she manages children with allergic rhinitis, asthma, eczema, food and drug allergies and urticaria. She also conducts specialised allergy diagnostic and management procedures such as skin prick tests for food, drug and respiratory allergies, oral food or drug challenges and sublingual immunotherapy for allergic rhinitis and allergic conjunctivitis.

Dr Mohana graduated from the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2009 with a bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery and was subsequently conferred a master’s degree in Paediatric Medicine. She has been granted membership in the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (United Kingdom) and is also a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine, College of Paediatrics and Child Health (Singapore).

She is a Member of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology and the European Academy of Allergy and Clinical Immunology.

She has a keen interest in medical education and has received several research grants while working at the National University Hospital. She has been published in international journals such as Paediatric Allergy and Immunology and Asia Pacific Allergy.
