Dr Chang See Seong

Dr Chang Chee Seong is a Consultant Anaesthesiologist at The Anaesthesia and Pain Practice, in Novena.

Specialising in anaesthesiology and surgical intensive care, Dr Chang focuses on ultrasound-guided regional anaesthesia to manage peri-operative pain, enhancing patient safety and comfort.

He earned his MBBS from the University of Melbourne and completed his anaesthesiology and surgical intensive care training at various Ministry of Health Institutions in Singapore.

Before entering private practice, Dr Chang was a Consultant Anaesthesiologist and Intensivist at Changi General Hospital. He was also a clinical faculty member at NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, an adjunct instructor at DUKE-NUS Medical School, and a core faculty member of the SingHealth Residency Anaesthesiology Programme. In 2019, he received the “Outstanding Faculty Award” for his contributions to training new anaesthesiologists.

Dr Chang is a sought-after lecturer and faculty member at regional anaesthesia workshops, both locally and internationally. He continues to support the public sector as a Visiting Consultant Anaesthesiologist at National University Hospital and Singapore National Eye Centre.

Dr Chang See Seong is accredited to perform surgical procedures at Thomson Medical Centre, Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital, and Mount Alvernia Hospital.
