Dr Evelyn Tay is a Dermatologist and founder of Lumine Dermatology & Laser Clinic, in Orchard.

With over 14 years of experience, she specialises in advanced skin surgery, laser procedures, and the management of complex dermatological conditions. She is accredited by the Ministry of Health, Singapore.

Dr Tay is proficient in Mohs micrographic surgery, skin cancer treatments, aesthetic dermatology, and laser therapies. She also manages conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, acne, rosacea, hives (urticaria), hair loss, and paediatric dermatoses. She is skilled in administering biologics for treating complex inflammatory skin conditions.

Dr Tay graduated from the National University of Singapore, where she was a Dean’s List honouree and the top student in Dermatology. She completed her specialist training through the National Seamless Training Programme in Dermatology at the National Skin Centre, Singapore. She further advanced her expertise with a fellowship in advanced dermatologic surgery at St John’s Institute of Dermatology, Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital, UK.

Prior to her private practice, Dr Tay was a Consultant Dermatologist and Dermatologic Surgeon at Changi General Hospital, where she was integral to the skin surgery team. She also served as a dermatologic and Mohs surgeon at a private group practice before founding her clinic.

Dr Tay has received the SingHealth Service Excellence Award (2011), SingHealth Quality Service Award (2018), and the Human Manpower Development Programme Award (2019). She is also actively involved in teaching as a clinical lecturer at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and has authored over 30 publications in international medical journals.
