Dr Lee Tau Hong is an Infectious Disease Physician at Infectious Diseases Care, in Orchard and Farrer Park.

Dr Lee specialises in managing serious community and hospital-acquired infections, including pneumonia, urinary tract infections, and surgical site infections. He is also experienced in antimicrobial resistance, HIV medicine, and tropical infectious diseases. His advanced training in viral hepatitis C was completed at the Mortimer Market Centre in London, a leading NHS sexual health clinic.

He graduated from the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine at the National University of Singapore and is a member of the Royal College of Physicians in the United Kingdom. Before joining private practice, Dr Lee was a Senior Consultant in Infectious Diseases and the Head of the Antimicrobial Stewardship Programme at Tan Tock Seng Hospital. He also led the Antimicrobial Resistance Coordinating Office at the National Centre for Infectious Diseases and currently chairs the National Antimicrobial Resistance Control Committee under the Ministry of Health.

Dr Lee is an active educator, serving as a Senior Lecturer at both the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine and the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine. He has published nearly 50 papers in top medical journals and is a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore. He has also held leadership roles within the Chapter of Infectious Disease Physicians and the Society of Infectious Disease (Singapore).

Dr Lee is accredited to perform surgical procedures at Thomson Medical Centre, Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital, Mount Alvernia Hospital, and Gleneagles Hospital.
