Dr Lim Chiu Yen Grace

Dr Grace Lim is a Paediatrician with more than 15 years of experience. She is the anchor Paediatrician of Thomson Specialists Woodleigh (Formerly Thomson Paediatric Centre Serangoon). Prior to private practice, she completed her postgraduate training at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital in the Departments of Paediatric Medicine, Paediatric Subspecialties, Paediatric Intensive Care, Children’s Emergency and Neonatology.

Dr Grace Lim graduated from National University of Singapore and obtained her post-graduate specialist qualification from the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health, United Kingdom. She is accredited as a Paediatrician with the Specialist Accreditation Board, Singapore and is a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore.

Dr Grace Lim is passionate about empowering parents to provide the best for their children by building a strong foundation for their children’s health. As a mother, she understands the challenges young parents face today and aims to provide professional medical and parenting advice to help them in their parenting journey. Affectionately known as Dr Grace to the children, she is the happiest when she sees them grow up well physically and mentally from tiny babies into confident teens.
