She trained in the breast service at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York, USA. Upon returning to Singapore, she developed a keen interest in breast surgery.

During her tenure at the National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS), Dr Ho led the breast service from 2006 to 2014 and established the breast cancer survivorship programme in 2012 to provide holistic long-term care for breast cancer survivors. She has over 25 years of experience in diagnosing and managing benign breast conditions and breast cancer.
